An opening pooja is often held early in the morning, before the shutter goes up formally, so that staff, partners and family can attend and the first customers are welcomed after the aarti. Ask the pandit for a muhurat that fits, then tell us the time so setup begins well before it.
Offices in malls and commercial complexes usually have smoke detectors and sprinklers, and building management may have rules about open fire. Ask them before the day. A compact kund near an open window, or a havan at the entrance or on the terrace, avoids trouble on the morning itself.
