01Where we deliver
Anywhere in India our courier partners deliver to. Enter your PIN code at checkout — if it cannot be served you are told before you pay. Inside Lucknow, ask on WhatsApp about same-day hand delivery for urgent pooja items.
02Dispatch time
Orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are usually packed and handed over the same day; after that, the next working day. Sundays and public holidays are not dispatch days.
03Delivery time
Lucknow is usually 1–2 working days. Metros and larger cities 2–4. Everywhere else 4–7. Those are the couriers' own timelines — what we do promise is a tracking number the moment your parcel is picked up.
04Charges
Delivery is free on orders over ₹499. Below that a small delivery charge is shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is available.
05Tracking
You get a message with the courier's name and the tracking number as soon as the order is marked shipped. The same details sit on your order page under My Account.
06Damaged in transit
Please do not accept a parcel that is torn or already open. If you have accepted it, photograph it exactly as it arrived and send the pictures to harievent.com@gmail.com or on WhatsApp the same day — with photographs we replace it.
07Something is late
If tracking has not moved for two working days, message us on WhatsApp at +91 9682751135 with your order number. We chase the courier ourselves.
Still not sure?
Ask us before you buy — it is quicker than a return, and a person answers.
