A film needs a separate videographer and usually more equipment, and the editing takes much longer: choosing clips, colour grading, syncing to music and cutting a teaser. Drone shots, where allowed, add another layer. That extra crew time and editing is what pushes the price above a photo-only shoot.
What if fog or rain spoils the shoot day?
Tell us a backup date during the call so it can be noted in the plan. Whether moving the shoot changes the price depends on crew availability and how close the new date is to the wedding rush, so ask for the rescheduling terms to be written into your quote.
What do we pay upfront for a pre-wedding shoot?
Nothing is charged online. After the call you receive a written quote; the date is confirmed when you pay the advance on that quote, and the rest is due by the shoot day at the latest. If you cancel, the advance is adjusted against costs already incurred and the rest is refunded.
