Baraat Band Price in Lucknow
Baraat bands are priced per event onwards, but an event can mean anything from a short procession down a lane to a long, slow dance to a lawn on the outer roads. The live prices beside each listing are the starting points for the brass band, the band with roshni lights, the dhol players and the nagada-shehnai. Your final quote depends on the line-up, the hours, the lights and generator, the distance and how sought-after your date is.

Cost factorsWhat decides the price of a baraat band
Two dhol players and an eleven-member brass band are very different bookings. Extra musicians, more light carriers or a separate shehnai group at the gate increase the quote; trimming the line-up to fit a small baraat brings it down.
Every procession has a time window. If the baraat starts late, stops often or the groom's friends want one more song at every crossing, the clock keeps running, and the quote says how extra time is charged.
Light carriers and a generator cost extra over the band itself. For an early or very short baraat you may not need them; for a long night procession they make the photographs. The number of light carriers follows the length of the procession.
Venues on the city's outer roads, and start points far from where the band is based, add travel time. On lagan nights traffic eats into the window, so plan a route that avoids the worst crossings.
On the busiest winter wedding dates, bands play more than one baraat a night, which makes late or shifting timings hard to accommodate and can raise the quote for a long window. Quieter dates are more flexible on both timing and price.
Save moneyWays to keep the cost down
- Match the music to the baraat: dhol players for a small procession, a brass band only when the crowd needs it.
- Start on time and keep the route short, because you pay for the window, not just the music.
- Skip the roshni lights if your baraat moves before dark or covers only a short distance.

FAQBaraat Band Price — questions
Is the dhol price for two hours?
The Dhol Players listing covers two players for about two hours. Longer playing or extra functions are added to the quote.
Can we book the band without the roshni lights?
Yes. The Brass Band listing comes with its own lights; the Band + Roshni Lights listing adds light carriers and a generator. Ask for exactly what you need and the quote will list it.
Is anything paid online?
No. After the call-back and written quote, the date is confirmed when the advance on the quote is paid, and the balance is settled on or before the wedding day.
Tell us the date and the guest count — we call back with ideas and a written quote. Nothing is charged online for an event service.
