Loudspeakers late at night are restricted, and neighbours notice. Check with your society, and with the local police station, whether permission is needed for amplified sound at your venue and hour — that is the host's responsibility. The team can keep the volume controlled and continue softly after a point.
The darbar needs a wall or backdrop, a raised platform, and room in front for people to come forward for aarti and prasad. A terrace, lawn, community hall or large drawing room all work. Tell us the space and we will size the darbar to it rather than squeezing a big one in.
